This course offers comprehensive training in film editing, post-production, and sound design. Throughout this third year, you will learn to structure the rhythm of a story through editing, to work with sound as a dramatic tool, and to master professional editing and post-production workflows.
Through continuous practical projects and working with the most advanced software in the industry, you will integrate all the knowledge acquired during the degree and develop a solid editorial judgment and the skills necessary to give definitive shape to any cinematographic work.

The third year of the Editing and Sound specialization is the year in which training becomes real-world practice. You will edit professional short films using the most advanced software in the industry, experience all the roles in the post-production department, and build a technical reel that you will premiere in cinemas and at specialized festivals.
Throughout the course you will be trained in the key career paths of the sector: editor, sound technician, colorist, digital composer, with direct access to active professionals who can open doors for you in the industry.

The art of directing the gaze. You'll master the advanced editing and directing techniques that transform good films into masterpieces. Every cut counts, every gesture matters.

From the Nouvelle Vague to digital cinema, you'll understand the cinematic revolutions that have defined modern cinema and how contemporary masters continue to redefine the rules.

Reality as raw material. Explore how great documentary filmmakers have captured truth and changed the world with their cameras, from Flaherty to today's creators.

When drawings come to life. Discover the evolution of animated art, from Disney's pioneers to the digital techniques that are revolutionizing visual storytelling.

You'll learn to decipher every creative decision made by great directors and apply that knowledge to your own work.

The final process of sound post-production. Master the techniques for balancing and combining all the audio elements until you achieve the final mix of your film.

Synopsis
