A year of film that begins on your screen and ends on a set.
First the theory, then the practice. And both at the highest level. During the online months, you'll work on the fundamentals of filmmaking: Language, History, Genres, Screenwriting, and the various trades, with ongoing tutoring and support. In June and July of 2026, you'll arrive in Barcelona for the intensive program: handheld camera work, real film shoots, and editing at the school. A comprehensive training program designed so that distance is no obstacle. And if you want more afterward, the option to continue to the second year of the Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography is within your reach.

You've been a film enthusiast for a while now and want to take the next step: understanding how it's made, discovering your own vision, and building a solid foundation for working in the film and television industry. This course gives you the technical and creative knowledge to move behind the scenes, without having to put your current life on hold.

You have a passion and curiosity for audiovisual media, and you want to go beyond simply watching and experiencing it: you want to know why it works, how it's constructed, and how to create it yourself. This course transforms that curiosity into real knowledge and concrete tools to create your own pieces, at your own pace and from wherever you are.

The online format with in-person practical sessions is designed so that distance or time are not obstacles to your film training. Our classrooms bring together students from all over the world with one thing in common: the desire to make films.
Curriculum
All cinema, in two phases
A course with a clear logic: first, you build the theoretical and creative foundation online, at your own pace and from anywhere; then you put it into practice in Barcelona with professional teams and real projects. Two complementary phases: one online, flexible and at your own pace; the other in-person, intensive, and with a camera in hand.
Phase 1 Online: from October to May
Access classes through the Virtual Campus at your convenience, with tutorials and direct contact with your online tutor. The subjects you will study are:
Cinematographic Language and Working Methodologies in Film.
Phase 2 In-person: June and July 2026
Travel to Barcelona for an intensive internship and filming program. Daily classes at the school, hands-on camera work, and your own projects. Subjects you will cover:
HD Film Technology, Camera, Photography, Editing and Assembly, Location Sound. Practical filming with your equipment, editing of your projects at the school, and follow-up tutoring.
At the end of the course, if you want to continue your training, you can directly access the 2nd year of the Degree or the 2nd year of the Diploma.
