What are the enrollment dates for the Official Vocational Training Program in Audiovisual and Performance Production?

Below are important dates for applying for a place at a public vocational training school for a degree in audiovisual production.

The process of assigning places for the Higher Vocational Training Cycles in Audiovisual consists of two allocation periods:

First round of allocation:

  • July 11, 2024: Publication of the first allocation of positions.
  • From July 15 to 18, 2024: Enrollment period for students who obtained a place in their first choice in the first round of assignments.

Second round of allocation:

  • July 30, 2024: Publication of the second allocation of positions.
  • From September 2 to 6, 2024: Enrollment period for students who have obtained a place in the second round of assignments.

Publication of vacant positions

  • Vacancies will be published on September 12, 2024.

Extension or submission of the pre-registration application

  • From September 12 to 16, 2024, students who did not obtain a place or did not participate in the pre-registration process may apply for an extension or submission of the pre-registration application. They may apply by either extending their pre-registration application requests, correcting their grade, or submitting the application if they have not done so previously.

Publication of the list of applications

  • September 19, 2024: Publication of the list of applications with validated scores.

Publication of the list of assigned places

  • September 25, 2024: Publication of the list of assigned places.

Registration of assignments

  • From September 26 to 30, 2024: Registration of vacancy management process assignments.

If you have not obtained a place

  • If you haven't obtained a place by the end of this period or the assigned place doesn't meet your expectations, you still have time to start your 24-25 academic year at a private in-person school that suits your interests.

The enrollment period for private vocational training centers is extended until September 30.
